Ordering from Prolife Distribution couldn't be easier - Once you have logged into your account, all of your information will be saved for future orders to save you from entering this information each time.

Using the Navigation Bar you can search our range of products by 'Brand' or ‘Category’. Simply select the brand you wish to order from and you will be taken to that brand's specific page. From there just enter the number of units required of a specific product and the products will automatically add to basket.

You will then be able to view the contents of your basket. You will also be able to amend quantities, delete items as required, or if you wish simply continue shopping. Once you're ready to proceed, click 'Checkout'.

Follow the prompts confirming your delivery address, billing address and payment type until your order is complete. As soon as you have completed your order our system will generate an order confirmation which will be sent to you by email.

We use the best possible courier services to ensure that you're order arrives to you on-time and un-damaged.

For the UK we offer same-day dispatch, next-day delivery services for:

• DHL
• Royal Mail
• DPD

Orders above 150kg weight limit will be shipped via Pallet, and the best courier for your region will be selected.

For European customers, we work with a variety of trustworthy international couriers including Europa, to offer DDP services.

If you selected our standard service (FREE on orders over £150), we aim to deliver your item within the next day if the order has been placed before 5pm from the date of purchase. If your order is placed after 5pm then we aim to deliver your item the following day.

All orders must be made by 3pm to ensure next day delivery. This is to ensure they are picked and packaged in time for our courier pick-ups in the afternoon.

For larger orders, to ensure same-day dispatch please place your order before 11am.
