Delivery Methods

Our location provides us with excellent road links which allow us to offer next-day delivery to anywhere in the UK (outside of peak business times).

  • Next Working Day Delivery (UK - Mainland)
  • 2-3 Working Days Delivery (UK - Non-Mainland & NI)
  • 3-4 Working Days Delivery (Republic of Ireland)
  • Saturday Delivery (optional - UK - Mainland)
  • Pallet Delivery - Up To 2 Working Days Delivery (ETA TBC by Sales Executive)
  • European Delivery - Dependant on the region, please contact your account manager

Our UK parcel orders are sent out with DHL, Royal Mail or DPD’s guaranteed next-day delivery service.

We utilise the DPD predict service which sends you an email & text message to notify you of a 1-hour delivery window to ensure you are available when the couriers attempt delivery, if you are not available when the courier attempts delivery you can choose a more suitable time for you by responding to your notification email OR text from DPD.

Orders below £150 (ex. vat) are subject to delivery charges from £12.99

Orders over £150 (ex. vat) receive FREE Delivery (Mainland UK Only)

Europe & International

For European customers, we provide a pallet shipping service via Europa. This allows us to export goods to the EU on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, removing any additional burden and protecting your business.

What do I need to do to place an order?

1. You must have a valid EORI number.

2. Your order must be a minimum of 1 pallet of goods.
This requires total goods weight to be over 150kg.

3. Talk to your account manager and place the order!

4. All done! ✅ The products should be with you in around 3-5 working days.

How does Prolife Distribution deliver to the EU?

To take advantage of the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) incoterms, it can only be shipped by Pallet.‍

We use Europa to deliver goods to the EU. Europa allows UK shippers to export goods to the EU on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, removing any additional burden and protecting your business.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer DDP to the following countries: Ireland, Greece, San Marino and any non-EU European countries.

Can I track my goods?

Yes. Europa provides an online portal that Prolife Distribution can access and keep you informed on the movements of your pallet.

Most deliveries take around 3-5 working days but could take longer depending on customs procedures.
